ADA Compliance - web browser view - error

We are trying to roll out a public app - web browser only at this time - and I asked our Communications dept if the view was ADA compliant. They utilize a web accessibility evaluation tool and were unable to check the app - see attached for error message. I have run a deployment check and the app is set to deployed.

Any suggestions?
