Action External: Go to website expression prominence display overlay not working

Hi There, 

I have an action sending users to an external website, I want use an expression to concatenate the url passing dynamically a value 

 Concatenate("URL","?campaign_id=",[Column])

the expression works but the prominence option Display overlay doesnt appear anymore in a dashboard view, and it only works when using display inline

Before using the expression the option worked, so wondering what kind of expresion or other options I can use.
