Action buttons overlapping in "Deck" view

In my deck view shown below, I would like to have:

1. the system "Add" action button shown primarily, as a big circle floating in front of the items, default on right bottom corner
2. a customized button "authorize" shown in-line, as an small icon, default on right bottom corner on each item, in my case each "user".

Problem:

• The add button overlaps the authorize button, for the user on the last of the list. 

I don't want the authorize action to be done anywhere else. Any method to avoid this?
