Action (send data to another table)

How do I get the row from my app’s table and add it to another table, but will this only happen when the scan is saved?

I don’t want to use a button to trigger this action. I already use it this way in some applications (no button), just based on the condition. But this time the condition is that it is triggered when the form is saved.
