Action tied specifically to a Ref column value

Hi, I’m trying to tie an Action back to a Ref column but I’m not sure how. I’ve attached a screenshot of what the app looks like. In an open service ticket, I’d like the Add/Edit Equipment action button to allow the user to edit columns the Customers table, and specifically the row referenced in the Customer name field in the service ticket. You can see an example attached in the screenshot. The Customer name is a reference column from a Service Ticket table to a Customers table. I understand how to make Action button open up the entire Customers table via navigating to that view, but I’d like it to also open the record specifically called out in the Service Ticket Customer name field. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and stay safe out there!
