Action to workflow not working

I have a action that triggers a workflow, itโ€™s worked in the past, but when I just tried it I get this error

Unable to add/edit/delete row in table โ€˜Employeeโ€™. โ†’ Unable to cast object of type โ€˜Jeenee.DataTypes.AppWorkflowActionEmailโ€™ to type โ€˜Jeenee.DataTypes.AppWorkflowActionWebhookโ€™.

Does anyone know what this is?
