Action to workflow not working

I have a action that triggers a workflow, it’s worked in the past, but when I just tried it I get this error

Unable to add/edit/delete row in table ‘Employee’. → Unable to cast object of type ‘Jeenee.DataTypes.AppWorkflowActionEmail’ to type ‘Jeenee.DataTypes.AppWorkflowActionWebhook’.

Does anyone know what this is?
