Add Multiple Rows, Number each row, Repeat "Site" option from a drop down menu per added row

I want to use this table to track how many floors per Site.

When you select for example "10" as the count it will add 10 rows. I want each added row to also include the Site name as well as number each floor.

Can someone please help!

You can do this in 3 possible ways with their degree of complexity.

1. Looping with actions 

2. Webhook

3 Appscript

Ideally you would run a number based on [count of floors]  while adding the same [site name]
