Add Pictures and Pictograms to buttons in google forms app

Hi everyone,

I have never used Appsheet and couldnt figure out a solution with the forums and various tutorials. I hope somone can help me. I would like to add a picture where it says “pic” next to the google forms question and also add pictograms (":(" for number 1 and “:)” for number 5 in the buttons for the google forms app. I was only able to add a pictogram for all 5 buttons. Please help. Thank you very much.
