Adding data by multiple users to the same data entry row

Hello
I have a work process in which a person is going through a line and collecting items. In each location in the line he is given an item by an employee that has an app. What im trying to do is to make it so that each employee giving an item could fill in the same row instead of each creating a different entry and then having to create formulas in the spreadsheet to collect all data
