App Crashes and Error Message "Aw, Snap! something went wrong"

Hello Community,

Over the past two week have been experiencing weird issues with one of our apps. The app will crash at random times with no warning. and sometimes will pop up with an error message stating "Aw snap, Something went wrong" and the sick file icon. It started with one user and now is affecting 5+ users. I have a support ticket that's been elevated to AppSheet specialists. It seems to have no pattern when it crashes. Some users can work for hours then it crashes. some would experience it every five minutes. Also it doesn't seem to have a cause action it can happen when a view change occurs, a file is opened, even on a sync, or just occur with no user interaction. The devices they run on are mobile tablets. Seems to also happen on both cellular and Wifi. 

Has anyone else experienced these issues as well?

Update - Still no solution. Ran a users account on my device that was displaying the issue on their device and ran properly. Even after app updates, system updates, system optimizing, and play store system updates. Also shows no bias on Android version 11 -14 or user settings. One step away from putting devices in rice. (just kidding staying positive)

Native app, or in a browser? "Aw, snap!" sounds like Chrome.

How large is your app? I have an app with a fairly large number of tables. To cope with this, I had to upgrade my system to higher RAM. Even though it still happens after numerous edits and saves in the editor, I’ve found a way to avoid it by refreshing the entire page after every three edits.
