App image upload not working on iOS15 (IPAD AIR)

My Appsheet app image upload works in Android and Web.
I recently tested it on an iOS 15.0 iPad Air (4th generation) and any image upload is not working at all!
It lets me choose the source of the image and when I choose from “Existing photos” my AppSheet app gets stuck.
Any idea what might be happening?
