Issue: system-generated action 'View Ref(COLUMN)' is being duplicated every time I save after making edits and when I do nothing but refresh the page. This is happening for all tables with references. For example, if I have 10 tables with a ref on User ID, a system-generated action is being duplicated on all 10 tables every time I save. By the time I noticed this was happening I had over 20 duplicate actions for every column ref in the tables. The action names are not being incremented ('View Ref(User ID)' , 'View Ref(User ID) 2' , 'View Ref(User ID) 3' ,...) as expected; they have identical names. This is happening for all table references and columns marked Phone and Email (the Compose Email, Call Phone, and Send SMS) actions are being duplicated as well. I am getting this error: "Your system-generated action 'View Ref (User ID)' has been erroneously duplicated. We've marked it as non-system-generated so you can fix or delete it." This appears to have started today. This is happening on all apps I try to edit, not just a single Appsheet app. Other apps I am seeing this on haven't been changed for several weeks and were working fine before. I can't find anything on my end that seems to be causing this.
