Appsheet automated email not receive all user

Dear

I face a problem.
when I send a email through automation to users then one user not receive email.

but when i send mail through outlook then they receive email. and also when i gave him access as a user then they can access my app. this issue only for one user email!
anyone can tell me what is the issue here?
