Appsheet security risks

I have a proposal to develop a solution on Appsheet that will be entirely hosted in the customer workspace account. All data and apps will be internal to the customer only.

However, customer IT (based on their policy from 2021) has said that Appsheet is a security risk as it  allows the  use of anonymous email addresses (Yahoo, hotmail etc.) without any audit capability.

I believe that as of July 2023, it is possible to restrict use of Appsheet to only users who have the same workspace account and that this issue has been addressed.

Am I correct in this assertion?
