Appsheet unable to recognize file

When I created this action it was working correctly. But for the last thirty days, it is not working. always receive this error message. the pdf file is in the folder "Files" but AppSheet did not recognize the file.

'/appsheet/data/FactoryStatusReport-1001110040/Files/143.pdf' not found

I already contacted AppSheet support 1month ago. did not receive any solution to this issue.

Use relative path, not absolute.
Check where your worksheet is and where the default app folder is, start from there.

Hi Rob, What options do devs/users have other than Support when there are issues that need urgent attention? I have also experienced a month wait with no resolution in the past. I currently have 2 issues floating in support somewhere with a low level of confidence that they will be looked at. One is supposedly with engineering from 20th July (URGENT) and another is 'currently being looked into' nearly 2 weeks ago!! 

Is this going to be standard support response times going forward?

We are aware of and currently addressing the quality and response time issues. In the coming months, changes to our support process will be implemented that should address these concerns. How funny. Appsheet appointed a learner for support to solve client issues. I have been facing the problem for the last 2 and half months. No one solved my problem. I will exit from AppSheet as soon as the plan expires. And Mr. Rob I think you should replace Mr Kamil with me as I can support the client better than him.

I have also experienced a month of waiting for support with no resolution. First I was told that my google drive has an issue on 11th July and then I asked him to tell me about the solution. He told me that he forwarded the problem to his senior on the 19th of July. No one replies to me till date.

Well, this is basically the same for most of the new AppSheet team including backend, sales and support.
It's expected since Google bought AppSheet around 2 years ago. Also consider that they are not necessarily AppSheet creators

At least the support team should have basic knowledge about Appsheet plans. which are included and which are not. And they should respond to client messages as well. I really like AppSheet but did not expect inattention support from AppSheet.
