Appshet problem with adding rows > 30 Concurrent users

Hi, I have an app which more than 30 users are inputting data and adding row to the the same table.It rarely happens that when saving on Google Sheet some columns relating to the 2-row image are not saved with the correct name but both have the same name (that of the first saved row). I wonder if there are any solutions to this? Thanks a lot!
