Archive part of the data in an external file and reload it

Hi there,

Would there be a way to create a button to archive a row, with all data referenced, to an external file ?

The idea would be to store the link of these files in a table and to be able to reload them in the app, if necessary.

For example, for an application managing projects: if a project is finished, I would like to be able to archive it, but also to be able to restore it.

Is it possible ? Is this only accessible with an Enterprise account?
