I'm developing an App by Appsheet for activity in Pharmaceutical QC Laboratory, there is requirement in Pharma regualtion for any change that we do on the record then need to record the change in Audit Trail. I saw that Google Sheet can tracking change in audit log, anyway to fulfil regulation then how can we summary all change in audit log and print in a pdf report? The report should be one row of data for one report.
Would you please elaborate a little what you are looking for. For example an example would be fine what the result needs to be. Do you need to save the logs to another table or like generate a PDF?
The report will be including with who record the data (e-mail), what time, which date. It will start with the first time that the record was added then if anyone change data in the record then the audit traill will record that what is original data and what is the change.
Example:
- xx@gmail.com, add and save the row from appsheet at 1.30 am. 12 Dec 2023
- yy@gmail.com, made change on Laboratory No. column from 123X to be 123Y at 8.45 am. 13 Dec 2023
Yes, this should be in PDF report
In the app editor, go to the "Manage" tab. Select the "Monitor" tab, expand "Audit History". Click "Launch log analyzer". You may use Ctrl + P to save the results in PDF. I hope this helps.
