bot does not send notifications

I have a problem, I connected my app with online forms that have the purpose of populating the tables of my sheet, but I have implemented a bot that must send notifications within the app when I add a new record, I don't understand why it is the bot does not start automatically, while if I go to the tests and click run the automation starts, the bot is configured with the right table, data change type is all changes, can someone help me thanks

Is the app deployed? If yes, are you on a paid plan?
Can you provide screenshots of your bot congfigurations?

And.. also check that you are using Appsheet's Event Add-On. Otherwise the Bot is not triggered when a new row is added via the gForm.

Are you using Google Form and you would like to trigger the Bot when a new row is added through the form?

Unfortunately your integration won't work as you think. This is because the data is not added manually to your gSheet. The same goes for example if you modify the data with GAS. The only way(s) the Bot is triggered.. through the gForm or you manually modify or add rows into the gSheet.
