Auto link data to another data

Hi, can I know how to auto link the data to another data within the same spreadsheet? So whenever I want to fill in the form, the data from another table already inserted. Please help! ThanksYou can see the I want the info that I fill in 'inventory' to be auto link to '"request form"

You could use for example an action "Add a new row to another table using values from this row" and trigger it either manually or when the form view is saved.

So you want to automatically add a new row to another tableB when the data is populated in the tableA, right?

Yes but to be more specific, can I know whether data in tableA can be automatically inside tableB when I add new form in tableB? For example lets say I insert image in tableA then, can that image automatic be inside the new column? So that I can dont have to add it manually?

Yes it's possible. It just copies the name of the file, not the image itself. But for this purpose you would need use for example express in the initial value to identify the correct row where that image is read.
