Automatically Create New Rows

Hello

I am new to app sheet and would appreciate your guidance.

I am creating a app for Landlord and and have a view which shows the rent due for this month.

I want to update that page with all the properties whose rent is due this month. There is another table which shows the start date and end date of the tenancy. So what I want to achieve is that page will show me all the properties whose rent is due for this month/Week .

How can I achieve this.
