Automation - SMS is not working on Google Sheets

I am doing automation when data changed on Google sheets it should send SMS using new Automation feature. I have followed this video: External eventing with Google Sheets | AppSheet Help Center. But It’s still not working. I am able to link google sheets with appsheet via Update App Key feature. This automation bot works with test button but when data changed on google sheets it doesn’t send SMS. @Temiloluwa_Otuyelu
