Automation to send timesheet to office

Hello!!

I have created a timesheet app that tracks the employees time in/out, mileage, expenses, the facility they worked at and the date. These are all the points we have on our handwritten timesheet. I have created a template for the automation to send an email. My problem is, is that it will fill in the entire timesheet with one row from the app, send that email, and then fill another with the next row. Resulting in a timesheet and email for each day/job for that week.

I have this toggled to trigger for each row  because if I do not have it toggled it does not give me an option of a slice to use for the automation.

So how do I configure this automation to put one row per line on my template and only send one email?

Thank you for the reply, I saw this article before I asked the question, I just do not understand how the start exp works or how to include all that I need within the expression.
