BUG: Automation using criteria from Wait Condition????

I have an automation that, from all analysis, should be running but isn't.  When I check the audit logs, it reflects the Bot didn't meet the Condition but the Condition logged is from a Wait step later in the Process.  I actually changed the Wait step condition and the logged entry on next attempted run of Bot reflects that change. 

Two other oddities:

1) the log is reflecting the bot is "Updates Only" even though the Bot is Adds and Updates (was ALL changes).

2)  The Process shows it is being used in 2 different automations but there is only 1 that I can see in the app.

Note that the log reflects Bot is Updates_Only when it is Adds_and_Updates.  The Condition shown is from the wait step (confirm after changing the expression in the Wait step) but should be the Condition from the Event step as shown above.
