Bug: Shceduled bot not selecting a data action to run

I am trying to create a bot that will add a new row to a table on an scheduled basis.
When I create the new step “Run data action”, the settings page on the emulator goes blank and it will only let me select the option “Create new action” but, after I create it, it wont let me select the action.
Also wont let me select “Add new rows” as the type of data action to run.
