Building googlsheet data again as my data was permanently deleted

    I have my googlsheet Database permanently lost and now my app is no longer loading.Is there a workaround to rebuild my data again and then reload the app?

Check in recycle bin

Unfortunately ,the file has been permanently deleted and no longer exists.I am now rebuilding the database based on appsheet tables and hope it would succeed;

I mean google sheet database .I have almost rebuilt the database again based on the tables in appsheet app and it is working now.
