CONTEXT Device type

Hi.
I read somewhere I could open my views to maximised depending on device type much as using the

Icon in the top right.

I’m thinking it is CONTEXT. Simply put, does:
CONTEXT(“Device”)=“Browser” determine which device is attempting to open the APP and if it is a browser open it maximised?
