Cannot get video hosted on Google Drive to work

I have a column of type Video that plays YouTube videos fine.  However, when I try to use a video that is hosted on Google Drive it does not work.  I am using this format:

"https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1Lnsc8gMD5PeG2BhD_TVWnVdVIRSmwcZG"

It just shows this in the app, and the video will not play:

Is the problem because the video is only accessable within my company?  Or is there another trick to getting this to work?

Try using a relative path to the video. It's even easier if you move the video aside the worksheet.

 Is it an mp4? I believe that's the only format that will work.

You can also try a link like this:

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=

Switching to an MP4 worked, thanks.  And I did not have to switch my link to your format.
