Cannot open PDF but I can from Google Drive

Hi AppSheet communy,

I have a problem that appeared 2 weeks ago with my app and I'm wondering if someone has experienced it before and managed to solve it.

CONTEXT:

I designed an app that creates sale tickets. So everytime that a customer places an order at my store I'm able to record his/her info and their info order since it requires production (photo frames).

ISSUE:

Like I said, 2 or 3 weeks ago now I'm experiencing some delay when opening my tickets. I created a quick action and also have the inline to open the file. However when I create a ticket and try to open it it says the following:

But the thing here is that it only happens with the new tickets I generate; because after exactly 5 min I can open the file, so it's not an issue as far as I know with my automations/bots (I verified them within the automation monitor and the audit history).

My file path is in Google Drive where I have a folder with my files since 2022.

I tested if the files were generating correctly, and it happens I can open them directly from Google Drive with no problem but not from Appsheet -Only after 5 minutes or so-.

PDF generation doesn't happen instantly, and it can take a bit for the app to get the specification of the generated file. If your app is trying to open the PDF immediately after whatever action initiates the PDF generation, I would expect the behavior you're getting.

Thanks for you reply. I understand that it can be expected behavior from the app to take some time to open the PDF file. However, I've been using the app since 2022 and it used to generate PDFs in a few seconds, not inmediatley, but less than 60 seconds probably. A couple of weeks passed and now it doesn´t take seconds, it takes minutes. I timed it and its 5 min on average.

That could be a problem on the server side, then. Please contact AppSheet Support for help with this.
