Cannot see map on phone - however i can see the map on my computer?

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I cannot see my map on my phone, however i can see it fine on my dashboard on my computer.

I have tried:

• re syncing
• Delete the app and download it again

I am not sure if this is going on with anyone else or if there is something wrong with my app or phone.
