Change column name: regenerate or not?

I've changed a column name both in in AppSheet Data > Column and in my GoogleSheet (with the same name obviously): i need to regenerate data or not?

It's better to regenerate it

You can change it from spreadsheet only and then regenerate it and it will automatically change in the app editor.
