Changing color and font of enum in table view

Is it possible to change the color/font of a enum as shown in the table view? I'm having trouble trying to do this since it's a enum. The "Fully Complete" is what is a enum.

In format rules, I don't see the enum being selectable. When I click on the column its tied under, it doesnt change the color as shown in the table view. I also want to have two different colors (one for each enum).

If I want to change A and B to two different colors, how do I do that? I want green for complete, and red for incomplete basically. Is this possible?
