Is it possible to return a Chat Message (or confirmation screen) to the user when a form is completed within the Chat App?
I.e. users fills out form in Chat app and gets custom message that says thanks for submitting, we've received your form, here is your ticket number
From what I can see the automation doesn't seem like the on submission event to be paired with a "send a chat message" "to the same thread" setting. I get the idea that "respond to same thread" needs context (i.e. a slash command), but I was hoping the form submission from a chat app initiated by a user would be enough. Am I missing something or is this just not available yet?
I suppose another option would be to allow chat messages to users based on their email. Similar to how you can reference data from a row to send an email to a specific user, but that's also not an option. I understand the potential issues for this, but when developing for something within our domain that we roll out to everyone anyway, this would be very useful.
