Number 2 should be the way to go (assuming you have the change type set
to "updates" at least). If it's not sending the email at all, it makes
me think that maybe whatever row you are testing on is not actually
registering a difference in the Status....
@Tijesuni Thanks. These are all things I already do as well to work
around the issue. This is why I posted it as a feature request. Thank
you for outlining the workarounds though! I hope others find this
helpful in the meantime.
Steve is spot on with the best ways to avoid this in general. I often do
add new fields in the middle while I'm developing still and with that my
experience with this has been similar to @skwokz when I'm testing.
