Child Table Name

I have a child table linked to my parent form and wanted to ask 2 questions:

1. Can the child table name be changed on the form - see screenshot?

2. The child table captures 4 images, how can i add these to the parent table workflow pdf attachment and also as a “other attachment” on the email?
