Colour coding a template form

Hi

Is there a way to colour code a template based on entries made in the survey form.

For example
if Acceptable, the template cell would turn green in the pdf
If Unacceptable, the template cell turn red in the pdf

I would need this for 20+ cells, so the easier it is to do the better!
