I have a column that collects a first reason for consultation. And I have another column that collects or second reason for consultation. And I have a third column that collects the third reason for consultation. But I would like to be able to know all the reasons for consultation, to have a chart of all the reasons for consultation, whether they are the first, second or third. How can I do this accumulation of two or more data (not a sum)?
