Copy App with database

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue when I share a template I've created with my colleagues, but when they copy the app, in 'Save app to' they have only the option to copy to 'AppSheet database', but as we use the folder in Google Drive, I would like that they could copy the folder as well with all the data, images, etc. 

Could anyone give me a support here?

The two options at the bottom are for that.

"Make a copy of the data for the new app" - Is going to make a copy of the database. With this unchecked, the new app uses the same database as the original
"Make a copy of file data..." - Is going to make a folder with all the files and images in your Default folder path, which you can find here.

AppSheet creates a folder inside your Default folder path with the same name as the "AppName", something like:
"NameOfTheApp-AccountID"

Thank you for your response. 

My big issue here is that, when my colleagues copy the app, they do not  have the option in the drop-down to copy the original folder with all the images, spreadsheets, etc to their own google drive.

When I copy my own app I have the option(Google), but they have only this one I show in the attachment(so the data base for their copy stays on Appsheet database). So they cannot copy the app and also copy the original folder to have their own database in their google drive as I have in mine.

They should be able to select whichever options they have under this place.

Now, you should at least have the one tied to your account provider

Thank you for all your explanation. I've checked all the paths you said and also asked my colleagues to clear cookies before copying the app, so now they can see and copy the template as I wish.
