I've been getting this error for about 24 hours now "Unable to update row in table 'table_name' -> Couldn't connect to server."
The tables with these errors are in a MySQL database hosted on Google Cloud SQL. Is anyone else experiencing this issue currently?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Tonight I did what support ask.. basically recreate credentials..
But...while I was doing, I also realized that appsheet, somewhere in April.. update the list of IP addresses that I need to add in Google cloud Database firewall.
From the current 62 AppSheet addresses, my firewall had only 49 IP addresses defined .
I add the missing IP addresses, and now..seems to be working.
Here's the most updated list I think if anyone needs to check

There was still a few I was missing - seems better now
my application connects to Google cloud SQL, but in Postgres database and it is intermittent. sometimes when open application receive message " "Data table xxxx" is not accesible due to : Exception while reading from Stream. sometimes work, sometimes work slow, and in other, this error appear.
any information you might have, it will be welcomed.
I started having this issue this morning, all my apps are using Mysql db since long time ago, and i today i got that message, the apps are having problems syncing
Any update for you?
Nothing yet. Same behavior.. sometimes work, sometimes connection error.
We are experiencing the same problem in Japan as well.
Applications that connect to Cloud SQL as the database sometimes fail to synchronize.
We have been receiving complaints from customers...
Yep, sync is still on and off randomly. Support recommended refreshing credentials to the database, and reconnecting tables, but neither of those have led to a fix.

Hmm I saw some from December I think that I hadn't added - I'll go check for those as well - don't think I'm at 62 yet

Thank you!! This solved the issue for me as well.
That said, I'm curious if I missed an email or notification from appsheet regarding new server ip addresses being added to their whitelist, or if there was no anouncement? I would love to prevent this from happening in the future if possible. Thanks
Great! ๐ฏ
