Counter in a dashboard

Evening all

This seems utterly simple but I can't find an answer - in a dashboard, I need to show a number, all by itself, that is a count of rows with a certain condition, eg all inspections that are green. So it wants to look like the screenshot below. I've tried all the threads here that show 'tally', 'counter', 'count' etc to no avail...
