Digits Formula gone wrong

Hello,

I am using formula RIGHT((“0000” & A3),4) in one of my fields to convert , say,

4 to 0004
55 to 0055
and likewise

but the problem is its converting numbers like 54321 to 4321. Which is what I dont want. Any solution ?
