Display a title, header, or text field above table on a table view OR dynamic display name for view

Is there a way to display a title or header for the whole table, above the table column names? Ideally dynamically, so the title of the table would be something like 'Members at [FacilityName]' depending on the turf of the user viewing it.

But if there is not a way to insert a variable in the title, is there at least a way to add a header to the view? I see there's a way to do it in form views, by using a Show column type and setting a formula. But I can't see how to get a page header or section header on a table view.

If this is not possible, is there a way to set the View's display name in the app to a dynamic value? So instead of everybody seeing the label 'My Turf' in the navigation menu, users would see '[Facility name] list' depending on their turf?
