Drawings can use gallery images even when 'Allow image input from gallery' is off

I just noticed that when the 'Allow image input from gallery' option is toggled off, it still permits image uploads from the gallery for the 'drawing column type,' whereas it didn’t before. Is this the intended behavior, or could it be a bug? If it’s intentional, can we have an option to add a separate toggle, such as 'Allow image input from gallery in drawings'?
