Drop Down List values should not be repeated once selected for the particular date

Hi,
I have a table Allocation where one user fills 5 fields of the form & the other 2 columns are to be filled by another user. This value must be auto-populated as Drop-Down List based on the value selected by the first user.
How shall I achieve this?
