Duplicity with bot automation when creating a record in another table

Hi, need some help with some duplicity problems I've been having in my App.

When a new row is created in the table "Solicitud de contrato", a bot generates a certain amount of records in the table "Aprobaciones"

The problem is when I test it, it works perfectly without any duplicity, but when the user generate a new record (With the same account I use to test it) ists genereated twice:

Reviewing the bot monitor, the bot its triggered twice when this happends, but I can't replicate the error by my own:

Why this could be happening only when the user try the app? any guidance?
