Dynamic QR Code in Email Template

I created an action having a Google Doc as the email body template. How can I insert a QR code in the Google Doc so that it dynamically generates a QR code based on a value from the record. Hereโ€™s what it would look like to merge the <> in the QR code if I could use straight html in the Google Doc:
