Email & Website Address Validation

How to validate e-mail address so that only letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), periods (.) and @ are allowed. Nothing else is allowed and the total lenght of the e-mail address should not exceed 50 characters.

Same for Website address but without the @ ofcourse!!
