Enable GPS

We want to capture the “Location” by using “LatLong”. But we noticed that latlong coordinates are not being captured unless the end user enables GPS option in mobile.

This could be their usual excuse when we ask them, where did you perform this work, and they say forgot to enable the GPS.

Is there any way to enable GPS automatically, when they open to form / app?
