Encodeurl() for multiple columns

Hi, 

I have question about how to use multiple column using Encode URL()? below is my code, I want to send detail to WhatsApp. currently it only send ORDER ID to WhatsApp. Need your help to show me how I want to send multiple detail.

concatenate(
"https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=",ENCODEURL([Transporter Phone No.]),"&text=",ENCODEURL([Order ID])
